Three decades guiding West Texans through bankruptcy.
Max R. Tarbox practices primarily in business and consumer bankruptcy law. He served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Northern District of Texas from December 1993 until 2016, a vantage point that shaped the way he handles cases today.
Before law, Max served three years in the United States Navy, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He later spent years as an international trade executive for a manufacturing firm and as president of a sporting goods manufacturing company. That executive background means he reads financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit structures the same way his clients' creditors do.
The result is straightforward representation: an attorney who answers his own phone, returns his own calls, and personally appears at every hearing.
